List of Positions
Director of Externals (3): Responsibilities include assisting the VPs of External with ensuring the success of the SOMA Career Night (night of coordination, marketing, planning). After the Career Night these directors will be paired with second year VPs to assist with future club events (may include D48s, DOJs, and energy-related events).
Director of Internals (1): Responsibilities include assisting the VP of Internal with ensuring the success of the SOMA intra-club events and D48s as well as bolstering our SOMA alumni relationships. This will include helping plan, execute and promote events.
Director of Energy (2): Responsibilities include assisting the VP of Energy with ensuring the success of the SOMA energy and sustainability DOJs, panels and or D48s. This will include helping research, plan, execute and promote events.
FEMBA Director (2): Responsibilities include maintaining close contact with the SOMA board in an effort to convey FEMBA students’ needs and act as an information conduit for FEMBA students. We would like the FEMBA Directors to put together at least one FEMBA-focused event this year. These directors will work with all members of the SOMA Board.
SOMA is looking for enthusiastic leaders to take on first-year director positions for the 2008-2009 school year.
