The mission of the Strategy & Operations Management Association (SOMA) is to help develop the skills of UCLA Anderson students in the areas of corporate strategy, strategic planning, business development, operations, and supply chain management across all industries. We bring together students, industry professionals, and faculty to:

  1. Help students gain a thorough understanding of the concepts, tools, and skills needed to solve complex corporate issues
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and alumni to facilitate career development, recruiting, and mentorship
  3. Provide support to students during the recruiting process
